Updates to MSAG. Upon receipt of an error recording an US Dial Tone subscriber's address from GTE, and where GTE is the lead telco, it shall be the responsibility of US Dial Tone to ensure that the address of each of its end-users is included in the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) via information provided on US Dial Tone's LSR or via a separate feed established by US Dial Tone pursuant to Section 3.4.5.7 of this Article.
