  • Updating HHSC A. To disclose information on ownership and control, information related to business transactions and information on persons convicted of crimes in accordance with 42 CFR, Part 455, Subpart B, and to submit updated ownership and control disclosures within 10 business days of a change in ownership or control interest and at any time within 35 business days of a written request by HHSC or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services ("HHS").
