Updating List of Responsible Persons. The Administrator may from time to time provide notice to the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Servicer and the Depositor specifying the individuals who are authorized to act as a “Responsible Person” with respect to the Administrator.

Updating List of Responsible Persons. On or before the Closing Date, the Administrator will notify the Owner Trustee, the Delaware Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Titling Companies, the Servicer, the Holding Companies and the Depositor of each Person who is a Responsible Person for the Administrator. The Administrator may change such Persons by notifying the Owner Trustee, the Delaware Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Titling Companies, the Servicer, the Holding Companies and the Depositor.

Updating List of Responsible Persons. On or before the date of this Agreement, the Collateral Agent Administrator will notify the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent of each Person who is a Responsible Person for the Collateral Agent Administrator.
