UPDATING OF OPERATIONS. TRAINING SIMULATOR Contractor shall update Phase 1 Facilities operations training simulator to include Train 4. The training simulator update shall be used for typical start-up, operating, and upset scenarios of Train 4. Contractor shall propose a list of scenarios to include with the training simulator. The updated training simulator shall be ready to begin operator training not later than one (1) year prior to RFSU for Train 4.
