Upgrades and/or Updates. So long as Customer has not lapsed in its payment of the Maintenance Service and/or Subscription Service Fees due hereunder Core shall provide to Customer all upgrades and updates to the Software, at no additional charge. If Customer has lapsed in the payment of Fees due hereunder Customer shall be responsible for paying all Maintenance Service and/or Subscription Service Fees associated with such lapsed Maintenance Services and/or Subscription Services from the date that such Maintenance Services and/or Subscription Services were stopped through to the then-current date, in full, prior to recommencement of such Maintenance Service and/or Subscription Service.
