Upon Issuer Order Sample Clauses

The 'Upon Issuer Order' clause establishes that certain actions or transactions will only be carried out when the issuer provides a specific instruction or directive. In practice, this means that the party responsible for performing the action—such as transferring funds, issuing securities, or executing a contract term—must wait for an explicit order from the issuer before proceeding. This clause ensures that control remains with the issuer, preventing unauthorized or premature actions and providing a clear mechanism for initiating key steps in a transaction or agreement.
