Common use of Upon Project Completion Clause in Contracts

Upon Project Completion. pursuant to Section 6.7, Contractor shall submit a statement summarizing and reconciling all previous invoices, payments and Change Orders. Except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, within twenty-five (25) days of the receipt of such statement, Client shall pay Contractor, or cause Contractor to be paid by Financing Parties, all remaining amounts due.
