Upon Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements. Landlord shall prepare and deliver to Tenant, Tenant’s Commencement Letter in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto (the “Commencement Letter”) which Tenant shall acknowledge by executing a copy and returning it to Landlord. If Tenant fails to sign and return the Commencement Letter to Landlord within ten (10) days of its receipt from Landlord, the Commencement Letter as sent by Landlord shall be deemed to have correctly set forth the Commencement Date and the other matters addressed in the Commencement Letter. Failure of Landlord to send the Commencement Letter shall have no effect on the Commencement Date.
