Common use of Upon surrender for registration Clause in Contracts

Upon surrender for registration. of transfer or exchange of any Unit Certificate, and subject to the provisions of Section 11.2.3 below, the General Partner on behalf of the Partnership will execute, and the Registrar will countersign and deliver, in the name of the Record Holder or the designated transferee or transferees, as required pursuant to the Record Holder's instructions, one or more new Unit Certificates, evidencing the same aggregate number of LP Units of the same class as did the Unit Certificate so surrendered.
