Common use of Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Upon Termination. Subject to the provisions of Section 6, in the event Executive leaves the employ of the Company for any reason prior to the date the Annual Bonus is paid, Executive is not eligible to earn such Annual Bonus, prorated or otherwise.
