Common use of Upon the termination of the Executive Clause in Contracts

Upon the termination of the Executive. s employment for any reason, the Executive shall, upon the request of the Company, promptly resign from all officerships and directorships held by the Executive in the Company or any other business enterprise in which the Executive is serving at the Company's request. If the Executive refuses to resign in accordance herewith within seven (7) days of such request, the Executive agrees that the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned all of such officerships and directorships as of the date requested by the Company.
