Upon the termination of the Executive. s employment, the Employment Period shall be deemed to have ended. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in the case of termination because of a Change in Control pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 12.2(d) or Paragraph 12.3 hereof, the provisions of Paragraph 9 hereof shall continue and remain in full force and effect as if the Employment Period continues to expiration on the original expiration date set forth in Paragraph 1 hereof.
