Upper Boundaries. The horizontal plane of the lowest surface of the unfinished ceiling slab. In a Unit containing a room in which the ceiling is raised above the level of the ceiling in the rest of the Unit, the ceiling slab shall include the vertical slab or wall connecting the raised ceiling with the ceiling of the remaining portion of the Unit, and the upper boundary shall include the plane of the unfinished surface of the vertical slab or wall of the raised ceiling that joins the planes of the lowest surfaces of the unfinished horizontal portions of the ceiling slabs.
