Common use of URECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

URECOGNITION. A. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative, for purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment or other conditions of employment, of all Transportation employees listed in Appendix A but excluding executive personnel, supervisors, employees working less than twenty (20) hours per week, and substitute employees. B. In the application and interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:
