Usable and Rentable Area. Within thirty (30) days after the delivery of the Premises to Tenant, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant its measurement and calculation of the usable and rentable area of the Premises, measured and calculated by P2 Design Group according to the methods and standards of ANSI/BOMA Z65.1 β
