Common use of Usage Data Reports Clause in Contracts

Usage Data Reports. Open-SCS will make usage data reports on the Subscriber’s usage activity accessible online on a monthly basis to the administrators employed by the Subscriber for internal use only. Such reports may be accessed by vendors or other third parties retained by the Subscriber only with the express written permission of Open-SCS and for the purpose of usage analysis of the Subscriber.
