Usage Fee. The Lessee shall pay to the MSDWC a usage fee for the use by the Lessee of the Premises, which usage fee amount is set forth in the Fee Schedule attached hereto as Attachment #1, plus all other charges to be paid by the Lessee under this Agreement.
