Usage Metric and Limitations for Sample Clauses

The "Usage Metric and Limitations for" clause defines how the use of a product or service is measured and sets boundaries on that usage. It typically specifies the units or criteria—such as number of users, transactions, or data volume—by which usage is tracked, and outlines any caps or thresholds that cannot be exceeded without incurring additional fees or requiring a new agreement. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of permitted usage levels, helping to prevent overuse, manage costs, and avoid disputes regarding service entitlements.
