Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. In addition to clause 11 of the Participation Agreement, the Subscriber consents to the collection, use, handling and disclosure of their Personal Information and their client’s Personal Information, to third parties to the extent necessary to enable PEXA to assume additional responsibility in accordance with the requirements of this schedule.
