Common use of Use and Maintenance of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use and Maintenance of Equipment. a) You must keep the Equipment in good repair, condition and working order (normal fair wear and tear excepted) and supply all parts and servicing required. b) You must use, service and maintain the Equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations. c) You are responsible for the Equipment from the time of delivery to you, until it is returned to us and we have confirmed receipt. d) You must not modify the Equipment without our prior written consent. You must not permit the Equipment to become a fixture or an accession to anything we do not own or is not subject to a perfected security interest in favour of us.
