Use and misuse. 4.1. It is prohibited to use the Software in a manner that is in violation of the ▇▇▇▇ or applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, using the Software in a manner that may cause hindrance or loss and/or damage to Staxxer or any third party is expressly not permitted. 4.2.
