Use and Occupation of the Premises. (a) To occupy the property as your only or principal home. (b) Not to permit the premises to become statutorily overcrowded. (c) To use the premises and the Council’s fixtures and fittings in a proper and caring manner. Not to commit, or allow to be committed any acts of wilful damage, graffiti or other acts of defacement to the premises and estate. You shall repay the Council for the cost of any works carried out as a result of misuse or neglect. (d) Not to run a business from the premises.
