Common use of Use by Affiliates and Contractors Clause in Contracts

Use by Affiliates and Contractors. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company’s Affiliates and Contractors may use the Service made available to Company hereunder, provided that (i) such use is strictly limited to use for the benefit of Company’s internal business purposes; (ii) Company remains liable for the acts and omissions of, and responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement by, each Affiliate and Contractor; and (iii) the use by Company, its Affiliates, and its Contractors, in the aggregate, does not exceed the scope of the Subscription purchased by Company pursuant to the applicable Ordering Document.

Use by Affiliates and Contractors. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company’s Affiliates and Contractors may use the Service made available Products licensed to Company hereunder, provided that (i) such use is strictly limited to use for the benefit of Company’s internal business purposes; (ii) Company remains liable for the acts and omissions of, and responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement by, each Affiliate and Contractor; and (iii) the such use by Company, its Affiliates, Affiliates and its Contractors, in the aggregate, does not exceed the scope of the Subscription purchased by Company pursuant to the applicable Ordering Document.
