Use by Community Groups Clause Samples

The 'Use by Community Groups' clause defines the terms under which community organizations are permitted to utilize certain facilities, resources, or services. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria for groups, the process for requesting access, and any restrictions or obligations such as scheduling, fees, or permitted activities. Its core practical function is to provide a clear framework that enables community groups to benefit from shared resources while ensuring responsible use and minimizing conflicts or misuse.

The term Community Groups shall not include organizations permitted to use the Facilities in accordance with Section 8.01 above.
