Use limited. Participant shall use the Maine Listings Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, valuing, and appraising real estate, strictly as permitted by the Maine Listings Policies. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the Maine Listings Policies, Participant shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the Maine Listings Service or any part of it, except the Participant Contribution.
