Use limited. Subscriber shall use the NWWMLS Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, valuing, and appraising real estate strictly as permitted by the NWWMLS Policies. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the NWWMLS Policies, Subscriber shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the NWWMLS Service or any part of it.
