Common use of Use Not Listed Clause in Contracts

Use Not Listed. a. A land useuse that is not listed in Chapters 17.21 through 17.26, and is determined by the Director to not be included in Article 8 (Glossary) under the definition of a listed land useuse, is not allowed within the County, except as otherwise provided in Subsection A.3 below, or Section 17.20.040 (Exemptions from Planning Permit Requirements). b. A land useuse that is not listed in the tables within a particular zone is not allowed within that zone, except as otherwise provided Subsection A.3 below, or Section 17.20.040.
