Use of a Card. 3.1 Any Credit Limit on your Card will be set by us. We may vary this limit at any time. You may tell us, at any time, that you want to reduce your limit. If you ask us to increase your limit, this will be at our discretion. You can contact us on the number noted in the ‘Contacting Us’ section. 3.2 You may use your Card only within the Validity Period shown on it, and only when its use would not result in you exceeding the Credit Limit on your Account. You may not use it if it has been cancelled or suspended by us. 3.3 In assessing whether the Credit Limit has been exceeded, in addition to the balance of the Account we may also take account of Transactions that we have authorised but which have not yet been charged, including estimated amounts. 3.4 When necessary we may give you a replacement Card and/or PIN, but we will not issue any more Cards on your Account if you ask us not to do so.
