Use of Accrued. Leave During an Approved Period of Leave Without Pay. (1). Use of accrued leave with pay is authorized during a leave of absence without pay for parental, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care, medical, or military reasons. Such use of leave with pay is provided under the following conditions: a.
