Use of an Installation within a Unit Area for the Exploitation of another Reservoir. In the event that an Installation, which is located within a Unit Area, is to be used for the exploration and/or Exploitation of a Petroleum reservoir outside that Unit Area, any necessary amendments required to the development plan referred to in Article 3.9 shall be submitted to the two Governments for approval. Such approval shall not be granted if such use would adversely affect the Exploitation of the Trans-Boundary Reservoir in accordance with this Agreement, unless the two Governments agree otherwise.
