Common use of Use of Building Facilities Clause in Contracts

Use of Building Facilities. 1. Upon reasonable advance request, the Association may be allowed use of District facilities for meetings; provided that such facility is not required for regular purpose use, and that the District is reimbursed for any costs (excluding rent) incurred in such Association use. 2. ASK ESP is entitled to meet with members for up to (15) fifteen minutes at the end of a scheduled staff meeting or at another time as agreed upon by the building administration for information regarding Association business (not political or strike-related) once per month. These meetings may or may not occur during the work day.
