Use of Bulletin Boards. Space shall be made available to OCEA on Superior Court bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the Superior Court and material posted is not derogatory to the Court, other employee organizations, or to Superior Court employees. Notice shall be dated and signed by authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.
