Common use of Use of City Property Clause in Contracts

Use of City Property. The City authorizes LimeBike to use the Public Way for the purposes set forth in Section 3 of this MOU and subject to the limitations set forth in herein. This authorization is not a lease or an easement, and is not intended and shall not be construed to transfer any real property interest in City property.
