Common use of Use of Client’s Mark Clause in Contracts

Use of Client’s Mark. In the event Client desires to have its designated logo or mark (“Client’s Mark”), displayed on the Hosted Services’ custom interface and/or on the shipping label, Client hereby grants to UPS Customer Solutions, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free right and license to copy and use Client’s Mark solely for the purposes of affixing Client’s Mark on the Hosted Services’ custom interface and/or shipping label in a location designated by UPS Customer Solutions for such purposes. Other than Client’s Mark, no rights in and to Client’s trademarks, service marks, name(s), trade name(s), words, images and any indicia associative of Client are granted herein.

Use of Client’s Mark. In the event Client desires to have its designated logo or mark (“ClientC lient’s Mark”), displayed on the Hosted Services’ custom interface and/or on the shipping label, Client hereby grants to UPS Customer SolutionsUPS-PSI, a non-non- exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free right and license to copy and use Client’s Mark solely for the purposes of affixing Client’s Mark on the Hosted Services’ custom interface and/or shipping label in a location designated by UPS Customer Solutions UPS-PSI for such purposes. Other than Client’s Mark, no rights in and to Client’s trademarks, service marks, name(s), trade name(s), words, images and any indicia associative of Client are granted herein.
