Common use of Use of Contract Documents and Information Clause in Contracts

Use of Contract Documents and Information. i) The Supplier shall not disclose the Contract, or any provision thereof, or any specification, or information furnished by or on behalf of the Government Gynae Hospital, UC37 New ▇▇▇▇▇, Lahore in connection therewith, to any person other than a person employed by the Supplier in the performance of the Contract. ii) The Supplier shall not, without the Procuring Agency’s prior written consent, make use of any document or information enumerated in condition of contract except for purposes of performing the Contract. iii) Any document, other than the Contract itself, enumerated in condition of contract shall remain the property of the Procuring Agency and shall be returned if so required by the Procuring Agency. iv) The Supplier shall permit the Procuring Agency to inspect the Supplier’s accounts, records and premises relating to the performance of the Supplier (if required).
