Common use of Use of Contract Employees Clause in Contracts

Use of Contract Employees. PRA may, at its own discretion, assign some elements of the Services to contract employees. PRA agrees that any contract employees used to perform the Services will be adequately qualified, experienced and trained as required to perform the Services in the same manner as PRA qualifies and trains its own employees. PRA shall remain responsible for satisfactory performance of all Services performed by contract employees.
