Common use of Use of Contractor's Name Clause in Contracts

Use of Contractor's Name. CTW shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use Contractor's name or likeness for any publicity or advertising purpose in connection with the Work or the services rendered under this Agreement. CTW is under no obligation to accord Contractor credit for any production.
