Use of Credit Cards. Retailer shall not permit Cardholders to effect Purchases of goods or services not otherwise sold by Retailer in its Stores or through Direct Marketing Programs or Value-Added Programs.
Use of Credit Cards. Eastside Counseling and Coaching permits payment with credit card, cash or check. If you chose to pay with a credit card, please submit the number and expiration date below. Your credit card will be charged after your session and a receipt will be e-mailed to you. I agree to remit payment by credit card for counseling services.

Notwithstanding any statement or representation to the contrary whenever made, the Card may not in any circumstances be used to guarantee payment of any cheque to a third party or as evidence of identification to support the encashment of a cheque.

Use of Credit Cards. All Waterless Beauty Consultants are strongly advised not to use their own credit cards to purchase products for another Waterless Beauty Consultant or for a client. Waterless Beauty Consultants are not permitted to use their own credit cards to purchase products for another Waterless Beauty Consultant or for a customer who has been registered with the Company for less than thirty (30) days. The Waterless Beauty Consultant is not permitted to place an order for Products using another person‘s credit card unless the holder of that credit card agrees in writing. On the rare occasion that a product must be purchased for another Waterless Beauty Consultant or client, the Company must have written approval from the Waterless Beauty Consultant or client for whom the product order is placed. Failure to provide such approval at the Company‘s request may result in cancellation of the order, forfeiture of bonuses from that sale and further disciplinary action as set forth in Section 18.
