Use of Data by Pfizer. Pfizer may only use the Regulatory Materials and Regulatory Data provided by Auxilium hereunder or generated by Pfizer hereunder, and any other Development Data, for the purposes of (i) Developing the Product in the Field in the Territory pursuant to this Agreement, (ii) Commercializing the Product in the Field in the Territory pursuant to this Agreement and (iii) obtaining and maintaining Regulatory Approval, for the Product in the Field in the Territory pursuant to this Agreement.
