Use of Dedicated Space Clause Samples
The "Use of Dedicated Space" clause defines how a specific area or premises provided under an agreement may be used by the party granted access. Typically, this clause outlines the permitted activities, restrictions, and any conditions related to the occupation or utilization of the designated space, such as office suites, storage rooms, or retail areas. By clearly specifying the allowed uses and any limitations, the clause helps prevent disputes over unauthorized activities and ensures that the space is used in accordance with the parties' expectations and the terms of the agreement.
