Use of District Mailboxes. The Association shall have the right to use school mailboxes and the intra-district mail service for the distribution of materials to the Bargaining Unit. The Association shall be responsible for providing an adequate number of copies of any such material to be distributed. Building representatives will be allowed to place items within Bargaining Unit employees’ mailboxes.
