Use of District Mailboxes. The Association may use the District mail service and employee mailboxes, email, Internet, and other available District technology consistent with Board policy. All material so disseminated through school channels shall be distributed simultaneously to the principals involved and the Superintendent and shall clearly indicate authorship. (Distribution to the administration need not be made in the case of personal communication between individuals within the Association.)
