Common use of Use of Drugs Clause in Contracts

Use of Drugs. Neither you nor anyone residing in or visiting your Home may do any of the following when in your Home or in the Estate:-  Possess, use, store, keep, or produce drugs, including cultivation of cannabis;  Supply or offer to supply drugs to another person; or  Possess drugs with the intention of supplying them to another person. (“Drugs” means any “controlled drug” within the meaning of the Misuse of Drugs ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and regulations made under it. It does not include any controlled drug, such as methadone, which is in the possession and control of the holder of a lawful prescription for it).
