Common use of Use of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of Equipment. Lessee shall use the Equipment solely in the conduct of its business, in a manner and for the use contemplated by the manufacturer thereof, and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations of every governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Equipment or Lessee and with the provisions of all policies of insurance carried by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.6.

Use of Equipment. Lessee shall use the Equipment solely in the conduct of its business, in a manner and for the use contemplated by the manufacturer thereof, and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations of every governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Equipment or Lessee and with the provisions of all policies of insurance carried by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.6.

The Lessee shall will use the Equipment solely in the conduct of its business, in a good and careful manner and for will comply with all of the manufacturer's requirements and recommendations respecting the Equipment and with any applicable law, whether local, state or federal respecting the use contemplated by of the manufacturer thereofEquipment, including, but not limited to, environmental and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations of every governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Equipment or Lessee and with the provisions of all policies of insurance carried by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.6copyright law.

Lessee shall operate and maintain the Equipment strictly in accordance with the provisions of all policies of insurance carried this Lease and the instructions provided by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.6the manufacturers thereof and/or Lessor.

Use of Equipment.
