Use of Facility. You shall use the Revolving Credit Facility in a responsible and satisfactory manner. You shall not use the Revolving Credit Facility in any manner which is in any way unlawful, illegal or prohibited under any applicable law. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you undertake not to use the Revolving Credit Facility in such a way to exceed the credit limit.

Use of Facility. The Medical Group shall use and occupy any Facility (as defined below) exclusively for the practice of medicine, and shall comply with all applicable Federal, state and local rules, ordinances and standards of medical care. The medical practice or practices conducted at any Facility described in clause (i) of the definition of the term "Facility" shall be conducted solely by Medical Personnel associated with the Medical Group, and no other physician or medical practitioner shall be permitted to use or occupy any Facility described in clause (i) below without the prior written consent of the Management Company, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The Facility may be used for the following purposes (both parties must initial all that apply): Service Center (Operations, Client Services, or Volunteer Intake) Storage of supplies Parking of vehicles Disaster Shelter

Use of Facility. Upon request and if feasible, the Owner will permit the Red Cross to use the Facility on a temporary basis as an emergency public shelter.

Use of Facility. The Facility will be used for the purposes specified in Clause 2.3.

Use of Facility. The UNION and its members shall have the right to use school building facilities at all reasonable hours for meetings under the same policies as other organizations in the district. Reasonable use of bulletin boards, and mailboxes, shall be made available to the UNION and its members for notices and news of UNION business.

Use of Facility. Rental fees include the use of the specific floor or level, plus all available tables and chairs for seating up to 400 people. The City of Hamburg does not guarantee that sufficient tables and chairs will be available for all guests if the attendance approaches or exceeds 400 people. Lessee should determine the number of tables and chairs available at the Hamburg Hall and make their own arrangements for additional tables and chairs if necessary. City-owned tables and chairs are not allowed outside of Hamburg Hall without the permission of the Community Hall Manager. No decorations, banners, signs, etc. can be pinned, nailed, or affixed to the walls, windows, ceilings, or rafters unless permission is granted by the Hall Manager. The use of all confetti including metallic, plastic, paper, and glitter is prohibited. Birdseed and rice are also prohibited. Lessee shall leave the rooms, floors, bar, and areas used in a clean and orderly condition. Lessee is responsible for but not limited to the following duties: All tables should be wiped off and put away, Clean and wipe bar and kitchen area, put all tables and chairs away, deposit all trash in dumpster outside, sweep floors and mop up any large spills, remove all items as stated in lease agreement. Lessee agrees to leave the hall as was, when the hall was rented to them and releases Lessor of any duties unless stated in lease agreement. The lessee agrees to have read and understand these rules and regulations and will pay for any of the above not done at the rate of $30/Hr. with a 1-Hour Minimum. If applicable, the Lessee shall be permitted to access the Hamburg Hall the day before the rental date at 9:00 AM, no earlier unless permitted in writing from the Hall Manager. The Lessee should arrange to have all items removed from the Hamburg Hall no later than noon on the day after the rental date, provided the Hall is not rented the day after the rental date, in which case all items must be removed by 2:00 AM.

Use of Facility. The facility shall be used only for the purposes specified in this Agreement. The licensee agrees to use the facility in such a manner so as to comply with all state, county, and municipal orders and regulations; and not to use the facility or permit the same to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purposes. Failure to use the facility in conformity with the purposes specified in this agreement will be considered a violation of this agreement. The City may terminate this agreement and immediately re-take possession of the facility for any violation of this agreement. A. Under no circumstances should the licensee or organization make any alterations, install equipment, or make attempts to maintain facilities except for trash cleanup. The facility should be returned to its normal condition except for normal wear and all trash shall be disposed of in designated receptacles or in sealed bags nearby. B. The City of Fruitland Ordinance #122 prohibits alcoholic beverages on its premises. C. Groups shall observe the approved times for commencement and conclusion of the activity as requested in Section 1 of this agreement. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and campfires are not permitted on Park Property. Fires shall be confined to the barbecue grills only. E. All trash must be properly disposed of in receptacles provided for the purpose. F. The City of Fruitland reserves the right to refuse or cancel this agreement for any reasonable cause. Every attempt will be given to provide the organization adequate notice. G. Licensee shall not assign this license or any interest thereto to any other person or persons without the prior written consent of the Licensor.

Use of Facility. The Loan will be used for the purposes specified in the Recital.
