Common use of Use of Funds and Carry Out the Project Clause in Contracts

Use of Funds and Carry Out the Project. The Recipient will do all of the following: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the Agreement; (b) use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) spend the Funds only in accordance with the Budget; (d) not use the Funds to cover any cost that has or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, ministry, agency, or organization of the Government of Ontario.

Use of Funds and Carry Out the Project. The Recipient will do all of the following: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the Agreement; (b) use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) spend the Funds only in accordance with the Budget; (d) not use the Funds to cover any cost that has been or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, ministry, agency, or organization of the Government of Ontario. (e) not use funds to cover any cost that has or will be funded by the recipients regular operating or capital budget.

The Recipient will do all of the following: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the Agreement; (b) use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) spend the Funds only in accordance with the Budget; (d) not use the Funds to cover any cost that has been or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, ministry, agency, or organization of the Government of Ontario.

Use of Funds and Carry Out the Project. The Recipient will do all of the following: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the Agreement; (b) use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) spend the Funds only in accordance with the Budget; (d) not use the Funds to cover any cost that has or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, ministry, agency, or organization of the Government of Ontario.

The Recipient will do all of the following: (a) carry out or ensure the Project is carried out in accordance with the Agreement; (b) use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) spend the Funds only for Eligible Expenditures and in accordance with the Budget;; and (d) not use the Funds to cover any cost Eligible Expenditure that has or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, including any level of government, or ministry, agency, or organization of the Government of Ontario, other than the Province pursuant to the Agreement.

Use of Funds and Carry Out the Project. The Recipient will do all of the following: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the AgreementProject; (b) use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) spend the Funds only in accordance with the Budget;; and (d) not use the Funds to cover any cost Eligible Expenditure that has or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, any ministry, department, agency, or organization of the Government of OntarioOntario or the Government of Canada.

Use of Funds and Carry Out the Project. The Recipient will do all of the following: (a) a. carry out the Project in accordance with the Agreement; (b) b. use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) c. spend the Funds only in accordance with the Budget; (d) d. not use the Funds to cover any cost that has been or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, ministry, agency, or organization of the Government of Ontario.

The Recipient will do all of the following: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the Agreement;: (b) use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) spend the Funds only on account of Eligible Expenditures and in accordance with the Budget; (d) not use the Funds to cover any cost that has or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, ministry, agency, agency or organization of the Government of Ontario.

Use of Funds and Carry Out the Project. The Recipient will do all of the following: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the Agreement; (b) use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) subject to Schedule B (section A29.2), spend the Funds only in accordance with the Budget; (d) not use the Funds to cover any cost that has or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, ministry, agency, or organization of the Government of Ontario.

Use of Funds and Carry Out the Project. The Recipient will do all of the following: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the Agreement; (b) use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) spend the Funds only for the purpose of paying for Eligible Costs and in accordance with the Budget;; and (d) not use the Funds to cover any part of any cost that has or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, ministry, agency, or organization of the Government of Ontario.
