Common use of Use of Funds and Carry Out the Project Clause in Contracts

Use of Funds and Carry Out the Project. The Recipient will, in respect of the Project, do all of the following: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the Agreement; (b) use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) spend the Funds only on Eligible Expenditures as described in Schedule “E” (Eligible Expenditures and Ineligible Expenditures); (d) not use the Funds to cover any Ineligible Expenditure; and (e) not use the Funds to cover any Eligible Expenditure that has or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, or ministry, department, agency, or organization of the Government of Ontario or of the Government of Canada.

The Recipient will, in respect of the Project, do all of the following: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the Agreement; (b) use the Funds only for the purpose of carrying out the Project; (c) spend the Funds only on Eligible Expenditures as described in Schedule “E” (Eligible Expenditures that are necessary to carry out the Project on and Ineligible Expenditures)after the Federal Approval Date; (d) not use the Funds to cover any Ineligible Expenditure; and (e) not use the Funds to cover any Eligible Expenditure that has or will be funded or reimbursed by one or more of any third party, or ministry, department, agency, or organization of the Government of Ontario or of the Government of Canada.
