Common use of Use of Hazardous Material Clause in Contracts

Use of Hazardous Material. Tenant shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Material, as defined in Section 16, to be generated, brought onto, used, stored, or disposed of in, on, or about the Premises, the Building, or the Real Property, by Tenant or its agents, employees, contractors, subtenants, or invitees, except for limited quantities of standard office and janitorial supplies containing chemicals categorized as Hazardous Material ("Permitted Hazardous Materials"). Tenant shall: 14.1 Use, store, and dispose of all such Permitted Hazardous Material in strict compliance with all applicable statutes, ordinances, and regulations in effect during the Lease Term that relate to public health and safety and protection of the environment ("Environmental Laws"), including those Environmental Laws identified in Section 16; and 14.2 Comply at all times during the Lease Term with all Environmental Laws regarding Tenant's use, storage or disposal of Hazardous Materials in the Premises during the Term of this Lease.

Tenant shall, with respect to the limited quantities of Hazardous Material as are permitted under this Lease: 14.1 (a) Use, store, and dispose of all such Permitted Hazardous Material in strict compliance with all applicable statutes, ordinances, and regulations in effect during the Lease Term that relate to public health and safety and protection of the environment ("Environmental Laws"), including those Environmental Laws identified in Section 16section 9.6; and 14.2 (b) Comply at all times during the Lease Term with all Environmental Laws regarding Tenant's use, storage or disposal of Hazardous Materials in the Premises during the Term of this LeaseLaws.
