Use of Hazardous Material. Lessee shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Material, as defined in Section 7.5, to be generated, brought onto, used, stored, or disposed of on, under or about the Premises by Lessee or its agents, employees, contractors, sublessees or invitees, except for medical waste and other materials used as part of Lessee’s business operations conducted in the ordinary course and in strict accordance with all Environmental Laws (as defined below), prudent industry practice and the standards of this Lease. Lessee shall comply at all times during the Lease Term with all Environmental Laws.
