Use of Hazardous Substances. Licensee shall not, without prior written disclosure to and approval by CP, Use or authorize the Use of any Hazardous Substance on the Property, including installation of any above or underground storage tanks; subject thereto, the Licensee shall arrange at its own cost for the lawful transportation and off-site disposal of any and all Hazardous Substances that it shall Use or generate;
